Are you having difficulty figuring out where to start in your role as a leader? Does it feel like your priorities are so diffuse that you lack direction in where to put your time and effort? The presenter will provide a parsimonious framework to help you get started as well as how to cull your top priorities. Additional strategies will be outlined for how to make a positive impact beyond just your specific team for the betterment of the greater organizational culture.
