Andrew S. Valeras, DO, MPH, FAAFP, FACPM is the Associate Program Director for the Dartmouth Health Leadership-Preventive Medicine Residency and a core faculty physician at NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency. His Preventive Medicine and Family Medicine residency training was at these sites respectively. He received his undergraduate degrees in Biology and Philosophy from Boston College, Doctor of Osteopathy from Midwestern University, and his Masters of Public Health at The Dartmouth Institute. Inducted as an American Academy of Family Physicians Fellow in 2019 and an American College of Preventive Medicine Fellow in 2023. Dr. Valeras currently seeks to integrate quality improvement and systems based thinking with the clinical practice and education of medical providers. Dr. Valeras served as President of the Board of Directors for the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association, as Chair of Concord Hospital Medical Group Governance Council overseeing 500+ providers across 3 hospital campuses in central NH, and as co-Chair of the AAFP Behavioral Health Integration Learning Series.
