Amanda Brooks, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, is the Director of Clinical Growth and Strategy at NeuroFlow, a medical technology company increasing access to mental health by integrating mental health care in the medical setting. She is also the founder of Brooks Integrated Health Solutions, a consulting practice that supports health systems in sustainably integrating physical and behavioral health care. Having served as both clinical provider and administrator, Amanda is an expert in developing and executing sustainable integrated mental health, substance use, and care management programs.

Amanda served as Chief Population Health Officer for a multi-site Federally Qualified Health Center were developed and oversaw sustainable behavioral health and SDOH integration programs. In this role, Amanda created and implemented Chicago’s largest integrated medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) treatment program, including Chicago’s first outpatient prenatal and MOUD program. Amanda is the co-program director for Rush University’s Interdisciplinary OUD ECHO. She has also worked on a variety of projects supporting the development of technical assistance to expand access to evidence-based addiction treatment. Amanda is a graduate of the University of Chicago Crowne Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice.
