Rachel Bembas is a results-driven leader in behavioral health quality, clinical programmatic evaluation, and population health analytics who has worked extensively to advance outcomes through the development of targeted clinical improvement practices and meaningful performance metrics. Dr. Bembas earned her doctorate in health promotion from Marywood University, her master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from Towson University, and a dual bachelor degree in Psychology and Criminology from Wilkes University. With two decades of expertise in the field of behavioral health, Dr. Bembas boasts a decade-long background as a clinician in inpatient psychiatric treatment coupled with an additional ten years dedicated to the realms of behavioral health quality management, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. Prior to consulting, Dr. Bembas served as Vice President of Performance Measurement and Quality Improvement for Beacon Health Options and was adjunct faculty for the University of Scranton.
