Jian Joyner is the Program Manager for Advocacy and Research at Concert Health, where she leads initiatives to advance the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) and expand access to evidence-based behavioral health care. With a background in social work and public health, Jian brings a systems-level lens to improving care for underserved populations and integrating behavioral health into primary care settings. She collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, academic researchers, and national policy partners to assess outcomes, drive innovation, and translate research into actionable advocacy. Her expertise spans crisis intervention, community-based care, and health policy, shaped by work across clinical, nonprofit, and academic settings.
Jian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Studies and a Master of Social Work from Temple University. Passionate about health equity and systems change, she is committed to reimagining a more just and accessible healthcare landscape. Outside of work, she enjoys documentaries, exploring Puerto Rico, and daily walks with her rescue dog, Nelli—always in pursuit of learning and grounding.
