A licensed marriage and family therapist with over a decade of clinical experience, she centers whole person care through a biopsychosocial spiritual framework. Her work focuses on supporting physicians, trainees, and healthcare teams as they navigate professional identity development, burnout, and major life transitions. Dr. Welch is also the founder of Heart & Health Wellness, where she advances leadership development and healthcare workforce resilience.
