Martha Saucedo, LCSW, is a passionate leader and visionary in the field of integrated healthcare, committed to reshaping systems to be more inclusive, effective, and compassionate. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Martha's journey reflects profound resilience and determination, having reestablished her professional career after immigrating to the United States in 2000. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, later becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

With over 14 years of experience in integrated behavioral health, Martha has served as a Behavioral Health Consultant, a Latinx Community Liaison, an academic instructor, and currently as the Director of Technical Assistance for the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA). In this national leadership role, she spearheads CFHA’s technical assistance initiatives, guiding clinics, health systems, and professionals to build innovative and sustainable models of integrated care.

Martha is widely recognized for her strategic vision, ability to build bridges across diverse communities, and unwavering commitment to health equity. She is particularly dedicated to empowering Latinx and other marginalized communities, having led numerous initiatives to increase mental health access, cultural responsiveness, and professional education nationwide.

Her work is grounded in a deep belief in the transformative power of collaboration, education, and empathy. Martha's leadership not only advances clinical excellence but also inspires systemic change, ensuring that the future of healthcare is more holistic, inclusive, and patient-centered.

When not leading national initiatives, Martha finds joy in her family life, nurturing her passions for spirituality, spending time with her two young adult kids, and community advocacy.
