Successful implementation of integrated care services (e.g., PCBH) relies on the willingness of PCPs to reshape their practice patterns, modify their established clinic flow, add BHCs as part of the medical team, and take on the role of “internal champions” who advocate for behavioral health as a valued service in primary care. Several studies have evaluated PCP attitudes and perceptions of their BHCs using self-designed questionnaires, but the field lacks a validated measurement of PCP satisfaction with PCBH. This poster will present the results of a Delphi study that collected expert feedback on possible items to be included in a measure of PCP satisfaction with PCBH.
