This poster presentation will overview an innovative multidisciplinary school-based telehealth program embedded within rural school districts in eastern North Carolina. Specific focus will be on behavioral telehealth implementation and integration under this innovative service design, including review of operations, delivery methods, successes, challenges and systems level implications associated with remote care provision.
