This session will describe integration of pediatric occupational therapy (OT) into a PCBH pediatric integrated clinic. We will provide a brief background on pediatric OT and describe how integrating OT can elevate patient care. This presentation will offer successes and lessons learned in the implementation process and how team-based care with behavioral health consultants, primary care clinicians, medical staff, and clinical staff can meet patient needs. It will also share a consultation model expanding from Pediatrics to Family Medicine department and Family Medicine Residence department.
