This presentation will present a case example of the implementation of the "Meet the Professor" (MTP) mentoring program within a department of family medicine. The project demonstrated that a MTP event can be useful in Academic Family Medicine, with implementation being minimal for the organization. This is a promising approach to improve mentorship for faculty in academic medicine, specifically in organizations with a large amount of faculty and limited resources for programming.
