This presentation highlights the growth and expansion journey of an integrated behavioral health team in a rural, under-resourced area. Team members will discuss specific challenges encountered and the strategies implemented to overcome them. Additionally, the presentation will feature key metric and outcome data, including insights from primary care provider (PCP) and patient surveys, to showcase the impact of the team's efforts.
