The presentation will develop a greater understanding of methods to improve diabetes self-management, develop a greater understanding of screening tools to measure Major Depression and Diabetes Mellitus Type II care, and develop a greater understanding of resources to improve short and long-term support for Diabetes Mellitus Type II.
