In the session participants will gain insight into the Medicaid coverage status of Collaborative Care Management codes across all fifty states. The session will include an overview of where attendees can find status and reimbursement rates for states of interests, and how individual state Medicaid reimbursement rates compare to Medicare reimbursement, highlighting disparities, opportunities, and trends. The session will also address the ever illusive, state-specific requirements that may affect the implementation of Collaborative Care programming.
