This presentation will focus on specific strategies to address care needs for patients with HIV living in rural areas of the state. The program will begin with a presentation on HIV epidemiology in the United States, then transition into discussion about the Ryan White program and its utilization within our FQHC-based HIV program. Case managers from the program will then be part of a panel to answer audience questions and discuss specific clinical cases and how specific barriers were addressed.
