Perinatal Collaborative Care: Adaptions and Lessons Learned
Description
This session will highlight adaptations in Collaborative Care to provide high quality care to perinatal populations. We will discuss unique considerations in identifying and treating perinatal individuals experiencing behavioral health symptoms in primary care and OB settings. The session will conclude with lessons learned and an opportunity for discussion with a Behavioral Health Care Provider who recently implemented Perinatal Collaborative Care in a primary care setting.
