Private-Public Partnership in Implementing Collaborative Care across a State Network
Description

This session will describe a private-public partnership between the largest health insurance in the state and an academic medical center to implement Collaborative Care (CoCM) across a state network. Topics will include approaching widespread implementation, incentives provided by the insurance plan for implementation, and optimizing fidelity to the model.
