Working in the collaborative care model (CoCM) requires skills not often taught in graduate training programs such as how to operate in a medical interdisciplinary setting and maintain a registry. CoCM program leaders are tasked with training clinicians on how to perform these skills to meet the needs of the patients while operating efficiently to create a financially sustainable program. This workshop aims to provide CoCM program leaders with guidance on how to effectively train clinicians to practice in CoCM with opportunity for discussion and problem solving.
