We want to hear from you! The AMA is soliciting feedback on how to better prepare physicians and their care teams to work as an integrated team across care settings. Please review the prompt questions below and come prepared to share rapid-fire responses.

PROMPT QUESTIONS FOR SESSION

  • What are your top priorities when it comes to sustaining integrated care at your organization? What key barriers or challenges are you currently facing? What solutions have you implemented thus far and what have been the outcomes?
  • What would be valuable for your physician colleagues to know when it comes to integrative care?
  • What types of tools, resources, or support would help you feel more confident as you engage with your physician colleagues to create or improve your integrative care environment? (see a list of our current resources under “References” above)
  • What role should technological solutions play in better enabling integrated care? What are some of the current key barriers in leveraging such technologies? What are some potential solutions?
  • Are there specific tools or platforms that have helped—or hindered—your ability to adopt/sustain BHI in your organization?
