Katie Hilton, LPC, ACS, is a Training and Consultation Specialist at the Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care (RUBHC) Behavioral Research and Training Institute. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in behavioral health treatment, training, and consultation. Katie has led clinical programs, collaborated on research initiatives, and developed evidence-based training curricula for multidisciplinary teams across New Jersey. She currently supports integrated care education through the Center for Integrated Care at Rutgers Health, where she mentors fellows/staff and facilitates professional development on topics such as trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, dialectic behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
