Dr. Holly Lister directs the BRTI Center for Integrated Care at Rutgers Health UBHC. She completed her clinical psychology internship at Yale University, School of Medicine and her PhD in clinical psychology at Wayne State University in Detroit. Dr. Lister is the PI and Director of five federally funded programs that focus on workforce training and expansion, and increasing integrated care access points across New Jersey (programs include Graduate Psychology Education, Integrated SUD Training Program, and Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training). Dr. Lister developed and is a primary supervisor for the Integrated Primary Care tracks of the UBHC Doctoral Psychology Internship Programs in Piscataway and Newark. She supported and continues to clinically oversee the implementation of Primary Care Behavioral Health services in the RWJBarnabas Health departments of General and Specialty Pediatrics, and Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences. Dr. Lister previously assisted the implementation of an integrated behavioral health-primary care program within a large academic medical system that serviced communities in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan. There she also provided integrated primary care services in the department of Family Medicine. Dr. Lister has served on NIH-funded substance use disorder grants, presented on behavioral health topics nationally, and published peer-reviewed articles on integrated behavioral health and addiction.
