Kelsey Ross Dew is Research Project Manager in UNC School of Medicine’s Department of Family Medicine. Kelsey is responsible for planning, conducting, and monitoring research projects within the Department related to family medicine residency training. She has experience in program management, research coordination, evaluation, and policy/systems work. Kelsey is passionate about public health, improving the health of communities, research and advocating for systems-level change, particularly as it relates to improving access to mental and behavioral health care. Kelsey holds a Master of Public Health from East Carolina University and a bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
