Monica Williams, LCSW, is a Clinical Trainer, Implementation Coach, CFHA Podcaster, adjunct faculty and Behavioral Health Therapist with over two decades of leadership in integrated care, supervision, and health equity. She specializes in Integrated Care, co-occurring disorders and practice transformation across medical and behavioral health settings. As a national trainer and speaker, Monica provides expertise in evidence-based practices, leadership development, and systems-level change. She currently works with the AIMS Center at the University of Washington, Kindred Psychotherapy & Consultation and the Joint Masters of Social Work Program while also serving on two boards; the National Association of Social Workers Assurance Services Inc and Collaborative Family Healthcare Association. Monica is a dedicated policy advocate for whole-person, community-centered care.
