Dr. Laura Murray is a senior scientist at Johns Hopkins, clinical psychologist, and founder passionate about thinking out of the box to address mental and behavioral health systems and problems globally. She has conducted research ranging from qualitatively understanding mental/behavioral health, to full randomized trials of treatments, to setting up large-scale sustainable programs. Dr. Murray developed the CETA transdiagnostic system of care and is dedicated to transforming behavioral health care delivery within Integrated Care through technology and workforce solutions. She has successfully implemented, scaled and sustained CETA in a variety of settings and states, and consults with many organizations and states on how to streamline mental/behavioral health care.
