Mary Carol Campbell, MSW, LCSW (she/ her) is currently the Director of Behavioral Health Integration at the Health Federation of Philadelphia, where she leads strategic planning, innovation, program development, and network expansion for the Philadelphia Integrated Care Network (PICN), a regional network of integrated care providers. She has close to 25 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services in community-based settings, primarily at Federally Qualified Health Centers. From 2001-2005, she was a Behavioral Health Clinician at NeighborHealth (formerly East Boston Neighborhood Health Center). From 2008-2024, she held multiple roles at Family Practice and Counseling Network, including 12 years in Senior Leadership as Associate Director and Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Social Work from Simmons College School of Social Work, and a Post-Master’s certificate in Executive Leadership in the Not-For-Profit Sector from New York University.
