Rosa Miranda serves as the Operations and Behavioral Health Specialist for the North Carolina Farmworker Health Program. With over a decade of experience in community health, case management, and outreach, Rosa brings a deep commitment to improving health access and equity for migrant and seasonal farmworkers. She holds a Master’s in Sociology and a Bachelor’s in Rural Studies: Social and Community Development. Rosa has led multi-county health initiatives, provided technical assistance to clinical sites across North Carolina. She is committed on culturally responsive behavioral health practices for the farmworker population. Outside of work, she enjoys event coordination and decorations as well as traveling with her family.
