Heather Cree received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Tennessee in Memphis and completed a University of Tennessee Psychiatric Pharmacy Practice residency at Memphis Mental Health Institute. She worked as a clinical pharmacist in the adult long-term care wards at Broughton Hospital state psychiatric facility, as a consultant clinical pharmacist to retirement communities with skilled nursing facilities, as a retail pharmacist and a provider of medication therapy management in The Asheville Project, and as a clinical pharmacist for Community Care of Western North Carolina. Heather came to Vaya to set up clinical pharmacist review and the care management medication reconciliation process, and is currently a Vaya clinical pharmacist and the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations.
