Kristen McKay is a Clinical Supervisor for the Pediatric Behavioral Health Consultants at Southcentral Foundation located in Anchorage, Alaska. Southcentral Foundation is a part of the Alaska Native Tribal Health care system. In her role she supports eight Pediatric Behavioral Health Consultants across four different programs as they provide behavioral health integration services for Alaska Native infants, children and families across the state. Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and an endorsement in Children’s Mental Health from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Kristen also teaches Advanced Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and Child & Adolescent Psychopathology for the Psychology and Social Work Departments at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She was born and raised in the heart of the Interior among the fireweed and tundra of Fairbanks, Alaska and is passionate about furthering state-wide endeavors to support early relational health for infants, children & families across Alaska.
