Aimee Kresica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Integrated Care Director for UNC REACH Enhanced Primary Care in Raleigh, North Carolina. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and her Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. After 15 years of public and non-profit service, Aimee remains passionate about advancing mental health equity in the healthcare sphere and improving wellness outcomes for historically underserved populations. In her current role at REACH, she manages the Community Cabinet and other basic needs distribution initiatives, develops strategic partnerships such as Food Is Medicine, and facilitates interdisciplinary care coordination with and on behalf of REACH patients with severe mental illness and substance use concerns.
