Dr. Humann has built a career focused on community mental health and integrated care in rural and historically marginalized communities in the Pacific Northwest. She has worked in a variety of contexts including academic settings, corrections, culturally specific clinics, Primary Care, and Community Mental Health. She has been a leader in developing integrated psychiatric consultation in Primary Care in Eastern Oregon. She is currently the Medical Director for a Community Mental Health system serving 2 rural and one frontier county with a focus on integration at the regional systems level.
