Hanna Keiner, LPCC, is a licensed professional clinical counselor in both California and Tennessee. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. Hanna began her career as a Child Life Specialist at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, where she developed a passion for patient advocacy in medical settings. Her experiences led her to community health, where she has since worked in mental health, school-based, and primary care environments.
With over 10 years of experience in FQHCs, Hanna has served as a behavioral health consultant and program leader, helping to implement integrated care models such as PCBH, HealthySteps, and Transgender Health programs. She has also collaborated on the development of women’s health and social service initiatives. Hanna currently serves as Director of Integrated Behavioral Health at Share Ourselves, an FQHC in Orange County, CA, where she is building a training program for behavioral health consultants within a PCBH model of care.
