Growing up in a family deeply affected by mental health and addiction, Adele developed a firsthand understanding of the challenges people face when trying to access care and build stability. This personal lens fuels their passion for working with individuals who have been historically unseen, underserved or marginalized by traditional health systems. Over the past 16 years, they’ve facilitated wellness and recovery groups, mentored individuals in early recovery, and helped families connect with housing, advocacy, and mental health services.
As a committed community health advocate, Adele is excited to contribute to Cascadia Health’s mission and collaborate with a team that values open-mindedness, growth, and meaningful engagement. Their work is rooted in dignity, respect, and the belief that healing is possible for everyone.
