The North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians, Inc. (NCAFP) is a non-profit professional association headquartered in Raleigh representing over 4,300 family physicians, family medicine residents, and medical students across North Carolina. The mission of the NCAFP is to improve the lives and professional environment of current and future family physicians so they can provide exceptional care to their patients and communities. It is the largest medical specialty association in North Carolina and is a constituent chapter of the American Academy of Family Physicians, based in Leawood, KS.
