About the Coaching Academy

The program is designed as a five‑month journey, with one module per month, each delivered in two 2-hour live classes (4 hours total per module). The schedule intentionally avoids major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas to support attendance and protect clinicians’ rest time, while still maintaining a steady learning rhythm. Between sessions, participants will complete brief homework and practice assignments (e.g., short coaching conversations, reflections, or case applications) to help them integrate concepts into their real clinical and leadership contexts and return to the next class ready to deepen their skills.
