Purpose
Measurement-Based Care (MBC) is increasingly recognized as a core component of high-quality behavioral health and integrated care. Despite strong evidence and growing policy incentives, many organizations struggle to move from understanding the concept of measurement to implementing it effectively in daily clinical practice.
This learning series is designed to help clinicians, supervisors, and healthcare leaders develop practical competency in Measurement-Based Care through a structured, interactive learning experience. Participants will learn how to collect, share, and act on patient-reported outcome data in ways that improve clinical decision-making, strengthen patient engagement, and support system-level improvement.
The course intentionally brings together clinical and operational perspectives, helping participants understand how individual clinical skills and organizational workflows must work together for MBC to succeed.
By the end of the series, participants will develop a Measurement-Based Care Implementation Blueprint tailored to their own clinical setting.
