This session will focus on the skills of feedback. While much has been acknowledged about the process of giving feedback, we will focus primarily on how to receive feedback for personal growth and development, even when the giver does it poorly!

Identify the receiver’s responsibility and skills needed for effective feedback incorporation.

Practice receiving feedback.

Practice giving feedback to Leadership Series Facilitators.
