All presenters must adhere to the General Submission Agreement as a condition for presenting at the CFHA conference.

February 1-March 15

Call for Presentations is open.

Session coordinators will be notified if their session has been accepted. Coordinators will need to affirm that they will accept the spot and will present at the conference.

June 1 – October

Register to attend the CFHA conference. All presenters must register and pay for the conference, including session presenters, co-presenters, panelists, poster presenters, and discussion group facilitators to attend the conference. Register before the registration fee goes up in October.

June 30

Complete CFHA's online disclosure form by June 30th. 

July/August

Start working on your PowerPoint slides for your presentation. A template will be available in July.

Use the online schedule to determine when you are presenting in Raleigh.

Log into the conference website to upload your bio, CV, photo, and presentation materials.

September/October

Information on how to upload PPTs and handouts will be sent in July.

October 16-18

Day of Presentation

Please arrive to your room fifteen minutes early to check the room to make sure you have everything you need. The room will have a screen, LCD projector, and laptop. Plan to bring your presentation on a flash drive.
