Kathy Emans is the Behavioral Health Director for University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Regional Programs. As part of a state-wide Family Medicine Residency Program, Kathy has worked within the clinics to implement and champion the Primary Care Behavioral Health Model and Collaborative Care. Kathy has been with UAMS since 2017. Prior to this time, Kathy worked for 30 years in public mental health system in Michigan. Kathy received her BS in Social Services from Ferris State University and her MSW from Indiana University.
