Hilary Reichlin, LCSW, is the Director of Integrated Services at Spectrum Health Services. She has over 15 years of clinical experience in many practice and service settings. She has been a behavioral health consultant for over eight years, and in leadership for over two years. She also runs a private therapy practice and provides clinical supervision for social workers pursuing their clinical licensure. From 2007-2013, she served as a social worker at The Horsham Clinic providing acute care for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use issues. From 2013-2016, she worked at Optum Behavioral Health as a facility-based care advocate, learning more about the process of authorization and utilization of mental health and substance use benefits. Since 2016, she has worked at Spectrum Health, an FQHC with several locations throughout Philadelphia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University and a Master of Social Work from University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice. She obtained her LCSW in 2009.
