As a training and technical assistance provider, HFP serves as an operating site of the Mid-Atlantic AIDS Education and Training Center and manages multiple learning collaboratives to address chronic and infection disease management, strengthen capacity of maternal child health home visiting programs, as well as data-driven quality improvement initiatives in primary care. These are illustrative examples of content areas that HFP, under Ms. Levkovich’s leadership, has developed and translated into successful and sustainable initiatives.
