I am a clinical psychologist with a focus on health psychology who is based on a primary care behavioral health model in Portland, Oregon. I am based out of the Pacific Northwest and having been providing behavioral health services for years in various systems, such as primary care clinics, hospitals, and outpatient mental health clinics. I have been providing services to all age ranges and specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ folx and end-of-life care. I utilize an integrated approach in treatment incorporating CBT, ACT, SFBT, and MI while having a collaborative and patient-centered lens during services.
