Verena Roberts, PhD is the Director of Behavioral Science and Clinical Professor at the Idaho State University (ISU) Family Medicine Residency in Pocatello, Idaho as of May 2015. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University Of Washington Department Of Medicine. At ISU, she oversees the psychiatry and community medicine rotations as well as Balint, intern support and has developed interprofessional team meetings to better meet educational, patient, and clinical needs. She subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship in integrated primary care psychology at the Colorado Health Foundation in Denver and started several integrated behavioral health clinics for Kaiser Permanente as a Behavioral Medicine Specialist. She also later completed the Behavioral Scientist Educator Fellowship through the Society for Teachers in Family Medicine.
