Meghan Fondow, PhD, is the Director of Behavioral Health at Access Community Health Centers in Madison, WI. She has worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant within the Primary Care Behavioral Health model for 15 years. Dr. Fondow serves as the Clinical Training Director at Access, providing oversight and supervision for fellows and other trainees. Part of her role as Director of Behavioral Health has included organizational trainings on communication, teamwork, wellness and resiliency. . She has served as the Member at Large for the national Collaborative Healthcare Association Primary Care Behavioral Health Special Interest Group, working to promote education efforts related to integrated care. Dr. Fondow enjoys the variety and diversity of clinical work within the PCBH model in the context of an underserved population, working with students and fellows from a variety of training backgrounds within the PCBH model, and supporting the overall organization.
