Dr. Rachel Allen is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. Dr. Allen completed her doctoral training in psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2019. Her training and work experience has focused on the assessment and treatment of Veterans and civilians with chronic and complex medical conditions. She has been employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs since 2020, originally supporting Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) and Whole Health services. In January 2024, Dr. Allen transitioned to her current role, where she serves as an Education and Implementation Specialist for the Center for Integrated Healthcare (CIH) supporting Mental Health Integration into Specialty Medical Settings.
