Emily Benedetto, MSW, LCSW is Program Manager for the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) Primary Care Behavioral Health Integration (PCBHI) program, where she has led the implementation of the program across 15 primary care and OBGYN practices over 10 years. This included creating a shared governance structure, developing resources and workflows, co-creating an EMR and report infrastructure, coordinating training of clinical teams and integrating behavioral health staff, including supervising Mental Health Care Partners, Recovery Coaches and a Tobacco Treatment Specialist.
