Emily Benedetto is Program Manager for the Cambridge health Alliance (CHA) Primary Care Behavioral Health Integration program (PCBHI), where she has led the implementation of the program across more than 12 primary care practices over 10 years. This included creating a shared governance structure, implementing evidence-based screening and follow-up workflows, co-creating an EMR and reporting infrastructure, coordinating training of primary care teams and integrating behavioral health staff, including supervising Mental Health Care Partners, Recovery Coaches and a Tobacco Treatment Specialist.
