Daniel Kuzmycz Ph.D., MAOB, LMHCA career in health care started in 2003 at Harvard's McLean Hospital, focused on clinical psychology, individual development, and group therapy. A passion for helping people improve in life and leadership led to a Ph.D. in Consulting Psychology, a research and professional focus on employee engagement, workforce development, and coaching in organizations, and 10+ years in Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, government, healthcare, and the public services sector helping individuals, teams, and organizations expand potential and improve performance. Called back to behavioral health in 2023, Daniel led a PHP program prior to joining Swedish’s Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health where he now currently helps bridge the gap between clinical operations and behavioral health services, supporting initiatives that leverage operational infrastructure to support clinical capabilities in improving depression treatment response.
