Nancy has worked in Community Health for over 39 years in various settings and in various roles. She is currently the Vice President of Healthcare Home at Compass Health and oversees the State of Missouri’s largest Behavioral Health Healthcare Home and Development Disabilities Healthcare Home.. Prior to the merger between Crider Health Center and Pathways Community Behavioral Health Center in 2014, Nancy was a member of Crider’s Executive Team as the Sr. Vice President of Outpatient Health Care. In this role, Nancy worked in collaboration with the Area Medical Directors to provide oversight and leadership for all integrated primary, dental, and outpatient behavioral health care services. She also provided leadership and direction to Crider’s Primary Care and Behavioral Health Healthcare Homes. Nancy is passionate about prevention and self-management of chronic diseases in the behavioral health setting; particularly the prevention of diabetes.

Nancy spent six years as an Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood University, and taught a course entitled Social and Cultural Foundations to graduate students in the School of Professional and School Counseling.

Nancy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Seton Hill University and her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University. She holds a license as a professional counselor in Missouri.
