Mark O’Dwyer is Executive Director of Mental Health Outpatient Services in Southeastern, PA for Merakey. He obtained his master’s in counseling psychology from Eastern University and his masters of Business Administration from Drexel University. Mark has dedicated his career towards ensuring individuals have access to high quality behavioral health services. He has previously worked for large public health systems where he developed service access solutions and is passionate about implementing innovative behavioral health programs for underserved populations. In his personal time Mark enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams.
