Dr. Kristin MacGregor is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in integrated behavioral health (IBH) and women’s mental health. She earned her PhD from Syracuse University and has over 15 years of experience working in IBH settings including primary care, an OB/GYN clinic, and a diabetes clinic. Dr. MacGregor currently serves as the Senior Clinical Director of IBH at LifeStance Health, the largest outpatient behavioral health agency in the country. In this role, she manages existing IBH partnerships with over 300 primary care providers while also focusing on supporting large health systems and medical groups in building out their IBH programs with the goal of increasing access to high quality behavioral healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
