Gretchen Jacox is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Novant Health in Charlotte, NC. During her 5 ½ years as a Health Behaviorist she has helped grow the Collaborative Care Model within her clinic from the ground up. In this role, Gretchen uses several different modalities to help the non-pregnant, pregnant and postpartum patients navigate change and adjustment. Gretchen has over 30 years of experience working with children and families in different capacities. The last 12 years have been in an Integrated Care setting. In her free time Gretchen enjoys cooking, baking, reading and enjoying the outdoors with her 3 children and her puppy Apollo.
